Hand Ax Throatslitter

Oooh wouchhh  , I saw this ax to pointillism and I needed to draw iit
It reminds me of the beloved axes of the dwarves, I like pointillism because it adapts very easily~
With an embedded skull and some piping on the hilt, surely some magic seal or spell~
